Licence Agreement

This Licence Agreement governs how clients or customers (“Licensee”) may use creative works produced or sold by Na El Studio (“Licensor”).

1. Scope of Licence

Upon full payment, Na El Studio grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered creative materials for the specific project or purpose agreed in writing.

Unless otherwise specified:

 • Commercial use is allowed for the licensed project.

 • Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is prohibited without written consent.

 

2. Copyright Ownership

All intellectual property remains the property of Na El Studio until expressly transferred.

Licences do not include raw files or editable project components unless stated in the agreement.

 

3. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

 • Claim ownership of Na El Studio’s work

 • Alter or resell materials without permission

 • Use content in unlawful or defamatory ways

 

4. Attribution

For public or commercial use, credit (“© Na El Studio” or as otherwise agreed) must accompany the work when feasible.

5. Termination

Na El Studio may revoke this licence if the Licensee breaches its terms. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease use and destroy copies of the materials.

6. Liability

Na El Studio is not liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from licensed material use beyond the paid amount for that licence.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Any disputes shall be resolved under those laws.
